Ronnie M. Turner
Founder and CEO

Ronnie M. Turner, a longtime resident of the Bay Area, boasts over 40 years of experience in urban and community development. His expertise includes managing development projects from entitlements and permitting for mixed-use infill developments to the rehabilitation of large residential rental structures and commercial properties.

Throughout his career, he has overseen numerous federal, state, and local housing and community development programs. He has led diverse teams of professionals, including architects, planners, community development specialists, engineers, and housing rehabilitation experts.

During his nearly 24 years in municipal government with the City of Berkeley, Mr. Turner spearheaded initiatives such as the Blighted Properties Task Force. Utilizing innovative zoning, building, and fire code policies, he tackled blight in privately owned vacant properties, enhancing land use productivity.

Mr. Turner's profound understanding of federal, state, and local housing initiatives enables him to manage multi-million-dollar infill developments across the Bay Area. In addition to his role as a local Real Estate Broker in Oakland, he owns a construction and development company, which has successfully completed new residential structures and rehabilitation projects.

Currently, Mr. Turner serves as a housing and community development specialist for several projects at various stages of development, furthering his commitment to enhancing communities throughout the Bay Area.
