The community benefits resulting from the projects will demonstrate an investment which will enable sustainable jobs, community building capacity, job training tools and resources for established programs, empower neighborhoods and individual residents, and provide an education for the next generations of prepared workers of infrastructure building, engineering of environmental sustainable alternatives to energy and how it affects ones community.
TURNER Development Resource Group's team has experience in working with economic and ethnically diverse communities, as well as communities in transition – creating a new place from something else. Members of the team charged with the management and implementation of the community benefits program and community outreach have many years of experience and pride themselves in successfully creating programs and projects that have a widespread positive community impact, are inclusive and respond to needs of a given project area.
